Digital Media Town is to be located within the Palmeraie surrounding Marrakech. The typical color of all the Marrakech buildings is maintained throughout the project. The architecture attempts to incorporate the modern potential of the local architecture into this high tech facility. Despite the different scales, an integration into local building patterns is achieved.

Unfortunately, due to the global development in the music and film industry, the project did not get built.
